AUSTIN, TX

My brother Collin has been living in Austin for over two years now and we've been dying to go out to see him. So, last minute we booked a trip at the end of January. It was such a blast getting a chance to hang out with him and see Austin. What a great city! So many yummy places to eat and great weather! Let's just talk about that weather... OH MY! 75 degrees is a real thing in January. Being cooped up in the cold these last few months, it was like a summer vacation with tank tops and dresses for us while we were there. Austin is so great for many reasons. One being food. We ate A LOT. We were literally stuffed full after every meal with some great food trucks, pizza places and great breakfasts. So worth it. Lots of fun music, including Collin's band. Which was such a treat to hear! We did a little two-stepping at some of the local bars. And as always, the weekend flew by and we had to say goodbye.
